Robert P. Tepley, PH.D. Dr. Tepley is the founder of Neuropsychology Consultants, LCC, a private group practice affiliated with the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Norwalk Hospital in Norwalk, Connecticut. He received his doctorate in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, completed his internship in neuropsychology at Edith Norse Rogers Memorial Hospital in Bedford, Massachusetts, and completed postdoctoral residence training in Clinical Psychology and Neuropsychology at Norwalk Hospital. He also is a trained marriage and family therapist, earning a Master of Arts degree in Human Development and Family Relations from the University of Connecticut, School of Family Studies. Dr. Tepley has presented to physician groups, Norwalk Hospital staff, and at regional and national professional conferences on various topics, including neuropsychological aspects of Lyme disease, behavioral management of the brain injured patient, neuropsychological evaluation of dementia, personality assessment following brain injury or illness, and the nature of traumatic childhood memories. Dr. Tepley specializes in neuropsychological evaluation and treatment of developmental learning disabilities, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, mild traumatic brain injury, behavioral treatment of chronic pain, evaluation and treatment of weight loss surgery patients, neuropsychological aspects of Lyme disease, and assessment of mild cognitive impairment and dementia.
